De-clutter your office workplace. Don’t let clutter take over your office! Improve your office space and your efficiency. There are many benefits of having your office thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Studies show that clean workplaces with less clutter increase the productivity of the staff that work in them. We want to share with you some helpful tips to de-clutter your office and help you become a more productive and effective worker.

Everyone knows that in an office, the list of clutter can be endless. You may find a lot of stuff such as old business cards, notes, envelops that you don’t need anymore. So, get rid of stuff that doesn’t need to be in your office. Start with the things right in front of you – throw away old posts, notes and other clutter. But don’t just stop above the desk – look for things you really don’t need, and won’t use in the future! Give them to someone who may need them or throw them away! Rearrange old electronics, cables and useless furniture.

Disinfect. Don’t let your office’s cleanliness be only surface-clean! Thoroughly clean and disinfect all areas of your office. Add a disinfecting regimen in to your office cleaning schedule. Disinfect at least once a week anything that your hand comes into contact with (mouse, keyboard, phone, door handles, etc.). Use a disinfectant wipe or cleaner.

If you like to eat at your desk, make sure that your keyboard is crumb-free. You may use compressed air to make sure any crumbs are dislodged. You will be able to breath a little easier knowing that your keyboard is cleaned and disinfected. Make your office that little bit more bright and breezy.

Re-organise and give your office a new look. Gather old stuff that you may need later and hide it. Put away anything that takes up too much room. The whole office will be grateful for the elbow room being created.
