It’s much easier to keep your working place tidy than to clean it every day. It’s not a secret that when the workplace is cleaned up, the work becomes more enjoyable, more efficient and even safer.

  • Cleaning of any office starts with the papers and documents. Get rid of those that are not necessary. Do not leave them if you are sure you won’t need them.
  • Make sure that the documents are places into the right folders.
  • If you have hundreds of pieces of papers with numbers or other information, write all the information down on one piece of paper, or start using your notebook.

In order to bring your office in order take time to make sure that everything is under control.

  • Make up a weekly plan on cleaning the office.
  • At the end of the day you must go home leaving the office clean.
  • All the papers should be filed or placed in special folders as soon as you finish working with them.

  5. Throw away everything that you don’t need.
